Editing an Activity Template
If your organization needs to update how a certain type of activity is structured—such as changing the tasks, flows, or available options—you can make changes to the activity template itself. This affects how the activity works moving forward, but it won’t change any activities that have already been scheduled or completed.
To edit an activity template:
- Click on the Templates section in the green sidebar on the left.
- Go to the Activities tab.
- Find the activity template you want to change and click on it.
From here, you can:
- Rename the template
- Add or remove flows
- Adjust which roles can see or complete the activity
- Update the billable status and add default billing codes like diagnosis or modifier codes
When you’re done making changes, click Save. These updates will apply to all newly scheduled activities using this template from that point forward.
