Editing an Already Scheduled Activity
Sometimes plans change—and that’s okay. Pear Suite allows you to make updates to scheduled activities if something needs to be changed before or during the visit.
To edit a scheduled activity, follow these steps:
- Go to your dashboard calendar or the member’s profile where the activity is scheduled.
- Locate the activity you want to edit.
- Click the three-dot icon next to the activity.
- From the dropdown, select “Edit Activity.”
- The Edit Activity window will pop up. Here, you can update key details like:
- The status of the activity (e.g., Scheduled, In Progress)
- The date and time
- The responsible user
If you need to delete an activity, keep in mind that completed activities cannot be deleted. If you made a mistake or need to remove a completed activity, you will first need to:
- Open the Edit Activity window,
- Change the activity status to either “Scheduled” or “In Progress,”
- Click Update to save the new status.
Once the activity is no longer marked as completed, the option to delete will become available again by clicking the three dots and selecting Delete Activity.
Just remember that any activities already completed are locked to protect documentation. If something needs to be clarified after the activity is completed, you can always add a note to explain it.
