Every activity includes one or more flows, which are the sets of questions that get asked during a visit. If you need to change the questions—maybe you want to reword something, remove a question, or add new logic—you’ll want to edit the flow itself.

Here’s how to do that:

  1. Go to the Templates section in the green sidebar.
  2. Click on the Flows tab.
  3. Find the flow you want to update and click on it.

Once inside the flow editor, you can:

  • Add, remove, or rearrange questions
  • Change response types (e.g., from multiple choice to short text)
  • Add branching logic (e.g., “If yes, show next question…”)
  • Set up answer actions like automatically creating a goal or scheduling a follow-up activity based on the member’s response

Once you’ve made your changes, hit Save.

Important: Any updates made to a flow will apply to all future activities using that flow. It won’t change activities that are already completed or in progress.

If you're unsure whether to create a new version or edit an existing one, your Customer Success Manager can help guide that decision.
