Once an Activity has been marked as billable and completed, claim details remain available for you to edit and update until the claim status is sent.
Claim details can be accessed from the Member’s Page, where completed activities are listed in the Activities section. Selecting the Edit icon for a completed activity opens the Update Activity window, allowing adjustments to the key claim fields:
- Insurance: Verify that the correct insurance provider is selected.
- Procedure and Modifiers: Confirm or update the procedure code and any necessary modifiers.
- Diagnosis: Ensure the diagnosis codes accurately reflect the services provided.
- Place of Service: Make any needed corrections to the service location.
Editing a Billable Activity
