Creating a flow is about deciding what questions need to be asked during an activity and in what order.

To create a new flow, you would go to the Flows tab inside the templates section. You can build it from the Builder section as well.  From there, you can choose whether you want to create a script (for a guided conversation) or an assessment (for structured information gathering).

Once you select the type of flow, you will start adding questions. You can choose different types of questions, like True/False, Choose One, Choose Many, Date,  Number, Text answers, or Read-Only questions.
If you are creating a script, you can also set up branching logic. That means you can tell the platform, “If the member says yes, go to this next question; if the member says no, skip to another question.”

After you finish creating the questions, you can save the flow. Later, when you are setting up an activity, you will link your flow to that activity.

Creating a flow properly is important because it shapes the entire visit experience—for both you and the member.
